1. Cancellation before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it — provided it hasn’t been packed or shipped.

To request cancellation:
 Email us at support@sasmita.in with your Order ID and “Cancel My Order” in the subject line.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your payment will be refunded to your original method within 5–7 business days

 

2. Cancellation after Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You can, however, initiate a return or replacement once the order is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

If you refuse to accept the parcel at delivery, return shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us.
• Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept COD orders may result in temporary suspension of your COD privileges.

We encourage customers to confirm orders responsibly to avoid logistics costs and product waste.

4. Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if any) will be processed automatically to the same payment method used during checkout.

5. Auto-Cancellation by Sasmita Cases

Your order may be automatically cancelled in the following situations:

• Payment not received or failed.
• Delivery address found incomplete or invalid.
• Product out of stock or discontinued.

In such cases, you’ll be notified immediately and eligible for a full refund (if applicable).

6. Refund Timelines

Refunds for cancelled orders (if approved) are processed within:

• 5–7 business days for prepaid orders.
• 7–10 business days for payment gateway reversal.

Actual timelines may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.
